K & H Studio Cancellation Policy At K & H Studio, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. To help us manage our schedule efficiently, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. You may cancel through our website, by text, or via phone call. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of all services scheduled. No-shows (failing to arrive at the scheduled time and date) will result in a 100% charge of the total services scheduled. If you are running late, we allow a 10–15 minute grace period, depending on the service scheduled. Please note that arriving beyond this window may result in rescheduling or a shortened service.
